New Law Makes Credit Scores More Available

Last week a law went into effect that gives consumers the right to a free peak at their credit scores.

Previously you were entitled to look at your credit report if you were denied credit because of that report.  Now you can see what your credit score is if that score is used to set your rate, terms, or effects the credit you get.
