    Should We Do It Again?

Should we conduct a Giveaway in 2009? Last year people who sent in their completed tax organizers were automatically entered into a giveaway contest. The earlier people sent in their information, the more automatic entries they received.

After April 15th we drew winning entries from a fishbowl. The Grand Prize winner received an Amazon Kindle electronic book reader and four other winners were given iPods Nanos.

The contest encouraged our clients to send in their tax information as soon as they could. No one wants to send in lots of tax information just before the April 15th deadline, and the giveaway was just the push many people needed to mail in their records early.

Clients sent in a lot of their information in February and at the beginning of March. Several said that they lusted after the prizes we were giving away!

Should we do it again? Do you -- including those of you who didn't tell us your feelings during the 2008 giveaway -- like being encouraged to send in your information early? Please let us know your opinion.
