    We get a lot of calls from people starting a business who ask if they can deduct their mortgage, utilities, and house upkeep costs from their taxes. We can see the dollar-signs in their eyes -- even over the phone!

    Unfortunately, the tax code isn't overly generous to people who work out of their home.

    The message says it's from the IRS and they want to send you a refund after reviewing your "fiscal activity". You just click, register on their official-looking website, and get your money.

    Except, of course, the senders are phishing for your personal information. And, you're the one that will get hooked if you click.
